Casa Paula is a two storey Villa situated in the tranquil village of Oasis de Nazaret, which is between Lanzarote.s old capital of Teguise and the now capital, Arrecife.

There are three restaurants located close by as well as a supermarket.

This Villa is comfortably furnished to ensure a feeling of home from home.

The kitchen is fully fitted with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a double sink. The separate dining room comprises of a table with 8 chairs and a display cabinet.

On the ground floor level you will find a large double bedroom and shower room. Down a few stairs from this level takes you down to the lounge with television and video, coffee table with two sofas and a chair. From the lounge you can access the covered area of the terraces with your al fresco dining area and swimming pool. The spacious master bedroom with double bed and a garden feature in its en suite bathroom. This bedroom also has a dressing room with washing machine. The master bedroom has patio doors leading to the pool terrace.

Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. The double bedroom has its own patio which looks over the pool terrace and surrounding countryside. There is another full bathroom on this level.

The swimming pool is approx. 8m x 4m with roman step for easy entry. The pool is electrically heating during winter months and has a cover which should be use at night to keep the pool warm.
