This beautiful detached two storey self-catering villa set in a quiet countryside offers everything you need for a relaxing luxury family holiday.

Downstairs comprises of a living room with seating for 7 people and the indoor dining room with seating 6. The villas large "L" shaped lounge has satellite television, video player and a radio with CD and tape playing facilities. The lounge patio windows open onto the front patio area with table and chairs and outside fully tiled toilet room.

The fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar provides the usual appliances you would expect to find, grill, 4 ring stove, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave. The kitchen leads onto the half-covered utility area housing a washing machine and dish washer and this in turn leads the drying area.

There is also a bedroom with single beds and en-suite shower room.

Upstairs comprises of another bedroom with single beds and en-suite bathroom. The spacious master bedroom with ceiling fan has its own private balcony patio with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The master en-suite bathroom has a separate shower and twin wash basins.

Outside offers a private swimming pool which is both electrically and solar heated and is surrounded by a tiled terrace with ample padded loungers and reclining chairs. A covered al-fresco dining area with cushioned seating, lighting and gas barbecue provide a cool enjoyment to your dining. There is also a patio toilet room.

Linen and towels are provided.

A cot and highchair can be hired on request.

Casa Palmavista does not allow pets. Smoking is not permitted inside the Villa. This villa is not suitable for the elderly or infirm.

A car is essential as this property is a 10 minute drive from most local activities.

Price in the low season: £ 695 / Week
Price in the high season: £ 805 / Week

Price at Easter: £ 805 / Week
Price at Christmas: £ 865 / Week


The prices quoted are for 1 - 4 people sharing. Additional guests will be charged at 50 pounds per person.

25% paid on booking.

Balance paid 8 weeks before arrival.

High season from 1015 euros.

Low seasons from 875 euros.

Christmas and New Year from 1090 euros.
